What We’re Looking for:
We are seeking a proactive Revenue Operations Executive to own and refine the end-to-end lead-to-revenue process, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and accurately between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance. This role will focus on process optimisation, CRM data integrity, workflow automation, and cross-functional alignment to drive efficiency and revenue predictability.
What you'll be doing:
- Refine and optimise lead management processes, ensuring smooth data flow across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
- Standardise and enforce CRM best practices, ensuring accurate, complete, and structured data for reporting.
- Audit and clean CRM data to eliminate inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records.
- Facilitating collaboration and data exchange between Sales and Marketing teams to enhance alignment.
- Monitoring and supporting the integration between HubSpot and Stripe, addressing issues promptly and ensuring data integrity.
- Developing and maintaining segmented customer lists within HubSpot to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
- Partner with BI personnel to ensure dashboards and analytics are built on structured, automated and accurate data.
What skills and experience will be useful:
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with Stripe integration advantageous.
- Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting processes.
- Understanding of marketing attribution systems and related data management.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
